After perusing around my site and blog
for a bit it should come as no surprise my affection to 10
minute workouts that can be done from the comfort of your own
home with nothing but some dumbbells and your own
bodyweight.
I love showing parents that they can get
some killer workouts done without having to limit their family
time and without carving big chunks out of their day for a
commute to the gym and wasting hours at the gym.
10 minute workouts work and they work
well.
I really love the fact that you can get a
