after answering questions about which exercises to do to

pregnancy weight, I begin to get questions about
which foods help lose pregnancy weight.
Moms are
inundated with outdated diet information, myths and outright
lies on a daily basis. There seems no shortage of scammers out
there trying to steal your money because you trust that they
can help you lose pregnancy weight and lose your tummy
fat.
It really
makes me sick.
But I’m
here to show you 3 of the best foods to help you lose pregnancy
weight and lose your tummy fat!
First off
we’re going to start with spinach.
A lot of
moms think of salads as a great way to lose pregnancy weight,
and they’re right. However where many moms drop the ball is
with the type of lettuce used.
Iceberg
lettuce is useless because it’s mostly water and there’s no
nutrient content to it (no fiber, and very few vitamins and
minerals).
Spinach, on
the other hand, is a great way to lose pregnancy weight because
it’s loaded with fiber plus it’s high in vitamins, minerals and
phytonutrients, which will help you boost your immune system,
and get your strength back – plus it’ll help your baby if
you’re nursing.
Next on the
list of foods to help you lose pregnancy weight is
turkey
breast.
Chicken
breast is usually the meat that gets touted as king (or queen?)
when moms want to lose pregnancy weight, but turkey breast is
just as good.
It’s low in
fat and high in protein, plus it can be added to almost
anything.
You should
bake up a few turkey breast at the beginning of the week and
store them in the refrigerator that way you have them handy for
lunch and dinner.
You’ve got
enough to worry about with your family, not to mention getting
rid of your mommy belly, you don’t need to spend time worrying
about meal planning!
Personally,
I add turkey breast to all my lettuce salads (which are high in
spinach) and use them for pitas and wraps as
well.
Last up we
have apples.
Apples are
an awesome food to help you lose pregnancy weight because
they’re loaded with fiber, vitamins and
minerals.
Fiber is
the easiest thing to pay attention to when you want to lose
pregnancy weight. When you think about what foods are high in
fiber, you’ll come up with a list that’s full of fruits,
vegetables, nuts and beans…all healthy, fat burning
foods!
Not only
that, but they’re very portable which makes it a great
on-the-go snack.
You can
throw a couple in your purse or diaper bag before you leave the
house so you’ll have something to munch on when you get a
craving, thus saving you from the drive-thru fat
gain.
Add some
almonds to the apples and you’ll add even more fiber and some
protein, which will help you lose pregnancy weight even
more.
Start off
with those 3 foods and make them part of your every day diet,
then start to add foods from there. While adding healthy, fat
burning foods, take away fat gaining foods and you will lose
your pregnancy weight in no time and have the toned, sexy body
you’ve always wanted!
