3 Easy and Weird Tips To Lose Weight and Tone Up

Sometimes you need to buck the trend a bit. Get away from what the magazines, best sellers, and "experts"
incorrectly tell you to do.
You're different – you’re a busy mom and what may work for other ladies, or what worked before you had kids,
just doesn’t work for you.
To help you achieve your Superhero Figure quickly and easily, read these tips and put them into practice in your
1) Focus on YOU – Don’t do what
everyone else is doing.
I know this may sound counterintuitive, but you’ll have to go with me on this one.
You are unique – there is no other YOU – yet you’re lead to believe that you should be doing what everyone else
is doing, whether they’re the same size as you, same structure, same age, whether or not they have kids, etc.
That’s just not true. Sure there are things all ladies should focus on – cutting out processed foods, ditching
sweetened drinks like fruit juices, fake tea and sodas, and watching your plate size at restaurants – but when it
really comes down to it, you are a unique individual and what works for everyone else won’t necessarily work for
I’ve worked with ladies who have discovered, through my one-of-a-kind Detox, that their bodies do NOT like milk

2) Take Baby
I’m sure you’ve heard the expression "Rome wasn’t built in a day" and this tip runs those same lines.
Usually ladies make too many changes at once – adding an intense workout program that requires 60-75 minutes a
day 6 or 7 days per week, going to diet centers and sticking to a crazy, unrealistic diet plan, etc. and before you
know it you’re back to your old ways because you tried to do too many things at once.
Instead, you should focus on taking "Baby Steps."
Figure out what you need most, and hammer it
down until it’s habit.
Struggling with sticking to workouts? Whittle your plan down to 10-minutes of focused energy a day, and build up
from there in 5-minute increments until it’s part of your every day routine.
Struggling with diet? Pick 1 thing FIRST, nail it down, and then expand. If you don’t
eat a healthy breakfast, add that until it’s a habit, and then move on. Struggling with nighttime eating or
emotional eating? Fix it first, and then move on.
Sometimes you may be able to pick 2 or 3 easy things to focus on - like adding breakfast as well as consuming 4
servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables per day, while also cutting out liquid calories...but those things
all really fall under one "diet tip" and can be done simply (although not alwasy easily).
I just don't want your brain to get bogged down trying to do too many things at once. In my experience,
that's the biggest killer for weight loss results (especially when it comes to diet).
3) Workout in
As I mentioned earlier, a popular trend is to try and stick to a super-intense workout program, and that’s just not realistic for us busy parents to
stick to. Sure you can do it for a few weeks, but sooner or later, you will skip a workout or two because life gets
in the way and then you’re hosed.
Instead, you should focus on doing 10-minute workouts 5-6 days per week. These can’t be
"fluffy" magazine style workouts either. If you’re trimming it down to 10 minutes, you must focus your energy on
the proper exercises and the proper type of workout.
You know how hard it is to find time to workout because you’ve struggled with it for so long. Sure 10 minutes
may sound too good to be true, but it’s the truth. It WILL work if you’re consistent…but it’s not really that difficult to be
consistent with 10 minutes is it?
If you focus your energy on those 3 simple workout and diet tips, I guarantee you’ll not only lose that stubborn
weight and achieve your Superhero Figure, but you’ll also shoot your energy through the roof and I don't know about
you, but for this busy parent, more energy is a premium!
