3 Worst Stomach Fat Loss Exercises
Here's a quick list of
the 3 worst exercises to do if you want to lose stomach fat and get rid of stubborn weight. Believe it or
not, not all exercises are created equal. Some work very well at getting rid of stomach fat and others are
worthless.

People seem to have a lot of differing opinions on what some of the best fat loss exercises
are. Some say interval training is the best way to lose stubborn fat, while others say you need to spend more time
doing resistance training.
I tend to be in the middle, although I lean toward the resistance training group, with a
little interval training and a lot of attention to diet.
What many people don’t tell you, though is what makes a bad stomach fat exercise.
What are the worst stomach fat loss exercises that I see people
doing that are really just a waste of time?
#1: Crunches – Yes, crunches are the king when
it comes to bad exercises. You may think they do a great job at getting rid of your stomach fat, but they’re pretty
much worthless.
Sure they work your abs, but what’s that matter if you’ve got a layer of fat covering those
strong and defined abs up?
You need to move more muscle and you need to pay more attention to your weight loss diet if
you want to lose that stomach fat rather than spending any time doing crunches.
There are far better fat loss exercises to do that focus on the abs like planks, push-ups,
mountain climbers and squats, that will help you lose stomach fat.
There is a time and place to do crunches, and I even include them in some of my own, but they really are
worthless at helping you lose fat.
#2: "Thigh Master" type exercises for ladies and Bicep Curls for
guys. I had to throw a couple exercises here because when it comes down to the battle of the
sexes, these two exercises take the cake in being the worst fat loss exercises.
They are "mirror" exercises, meaning that you do them to look better in the mirror…or naked,
yet they actually do very little in terms of fat loss.
I know that Suzanne Sommers made a killing off that stupid little contraption and that
thousands, if nor millions of ladies, go right to those machines in the health clubs, but they simply don’t live up
to their hype.
They don’t move enough muscle, which means they don’t burn any calories, which means they
won’t make your legs look any better. And, to be totally honest, it's a really perverse way to exercise and
you had better not make eye contact with anyone while attempting this exercise lest he think you're hitting on
him.
And fellas, seriously, stop going right to the bicep curls when you hit the gym. Sure they
work your arms pretty well, but they’re not as effective as you think.
You need to move a lot of muscle and get the hormones flowing go get bigger arms, and bicep
curls do not accomplish either of these goals.
Some better exercises to grow your arms are rows, chin-ups, deadlifts and even squats. Those movements
move a lot of muscle and get the hormones flowing that cause muscle gain.
#3: Cardio. I know cardio isn’t really
a fat loss exercise that many would consider to be a part of this list, but the way the majority of people look at
cardio, it belongs on this list.
Cardio is sometimes viewed as the end-all-be-all when it comes to fat loss and fat loss
exercises, but it’s very overrated.
Yes, it’s good for overall health, but when it comes to being an effective fat loss exercise,
it just doesn’t hold up to the billing it’s given.
Usually when people do cardio, they become infatuated with the little calorie counting
machine that supposedly gives you an accurate readout of how many calories you’re burning.
First off, it’s not accurate because each individual is different when it comes to how many
calories they burn in any given amount of time.
Second, the amount of calories you burn in a period of time should not be your
barometer when it comes to evaluating fat loss exercises or fat loss workouts. That’s a very small period of time
in the grand scheme of things.
What you need to be worried about is how elevated your metabolism stays after
your'e done working out and traditional cardio just doesn't do it when it comes to a great stomach fat
exercise.
Rather than spending too much time doing cardio, of any kind, try these workouts. Below are some links to
