Abs Workout In 4 Minutes
I'm not gonna lie. I love doing a
good abs workout. There's just something about getting
that burn in your abs that makes you feel like you've had an
awesome fat loss workout.
My abs workout are a little different
than many people think. I don't rely on lots of crunches,
sit-ups or any twisting movements in my abs workouts, nor do I
spend lots of time doing abs exercises throughout my
workout.
I'm a busy dude and the last thing I need
to worry about is wasting what free time I have doing tons of
worthless abs exercises.
Rather my abs workouts and my abs
exercises focus on full body exercises, and when I really want
to focus on a specific abs workout, I do it at the end of my
workout. So many of the exercises included in my workouts
are full body workouts which can fatigue my abs, so I don't
want to do an abs specific workout before that workout. I
want to do it at the end, and you should too.
