
Hi, my name is Ed Scow and I'm the author of Fat Loss To Go
and owner of FatLossToGo.com and ELSwellness.com.
I have been a personal trainer for nearly a decade
and in that time have written thousands of fat
loss programs for people from all walks of life, but I
have specialized in writing programs specifically for busy men
and women who don't have a lot of time to devote to
exercise, either because they have businesses to run, have
children that need to be shuttled to numerous activities or
because they travel often and can't regularly make it to
the gym.
I also own and operate a private personal
training and massage therapy studio in Lincoln, NE.
I started ELS Massage & Personal Training over 5 years
ago as a way for busy men and women to have a place to
train in private, without the annoyances of today's
commercial gyms and to give them expert fitness
information and the personal attention and motivation they
need and deserve.
In addition to my personal training business, I'm also a
licensed, nationally certified massage therapist and have been
for over 8 years. I specialize in deep tissue and sports
massage. I have had the privilege of working on
collegiate athletes, professional and semi-professional
athletes, competitive cyclists, marathon runners, triathletes
as well as busy men and women who have regular, everyday aches
