I love
golf.
I’m not very
good at it, but I still love it.
I enjoy
playing it and I enjoy taking a nap whenever it’s on
TV.
In addition to
playing, I try to get better so I read a lot of articles
on how to be a better golfer.
One article I read
recently that piqued my interest was about setting a
routine before every swing and putt.
The golfer
they interviewed said that he will pull slightly on his
pant leg before every putt and he has a certain routine
he takes before every swing.
This helps to
calm the nerves and it helps build confidence because
your brain recognizes the routine as something you’ve
done before and will help with “muscle
memory”.
The same can be said
about your fast fat loss
workout and nutrition
lifestyle.
You need to set up a
routine that you can stick to on a regular
basis.
Whether that
be the same breakfast every morning (this is one thing I
do.
I always have the
same smoothie for breakfast).
The same fat
loss workout routine.
Not exactly the same
fat loss workout, but the same
principles.
Whether it’s using
dumbbells, or bodyweight, or going to the gym and seeing
your personal trainer.
Or doing
your fat loss
workout at the same time of
day.
It doesn’t
matter.
You just need to
figure out some sort of routine that works for
you.
This
fat loss workout
routine will become habit after a few weeks
and if you break this habit you will feel
guilty.
If you have a certain
workout routine and you break it for a couple days you WILL
feel guilty.
If you’re used
to eating the same breakfast or lunch every day and you
suddenly break it and miss those meals, you WILL feel
guilty.
That’s just
how your brain works.
Your brain
loves routine.
So give your brain
what it wants and set a fat loss
workout and healthy eating
routine.
It will take a
few weeks to set in that routine, but it will set in and
you’ll be very happy with the results.
