A good fat loss workout is one that can
be done quickly (like 10 minutes) and done anywhere. You
shouldn't have to worry about whether or not you can make it to
the gym. You should be able to get up in the morning and
do it in your underwear if need be, or be done in your hotel
room before getting ready for a business meeting or a day out
with the family.
So in short, a good fat loss workout
should not restrict you in the least.
Going further, many good weight loss workouts use only your own
bodyweight. Being able to move your own bodyweight
smoothly and effectively is paramount not only to succeed with
your fat loss goals, but to make sure you're a strong and
healthy person.
You don't want to have to worry about
throwing your back out or tearin' a hammy while playing with
the kids in the backyard!
A favorite pastime for me is designing
really good fat loss workouts that use only your own
bodyweight. I love finding out what my clients can do
with their own bodyweight and then reflecting on how far
they've come after only a few short weeks.
