Push-ups are a huge portion of every
workout I design. It doesn't matter if you want to lose
fat, gain muscle or just get healthier and stronger, push-ups
must be in the program.
Having said that, I get emails all the
time about how to do a push-up properly. People have been
told different ways to do a push-up, or they're just trying to
remember how to do them from when they were in high school and
things are a bit fuzzy.
It's also a common question I get from
new clients. They want to know how
to do a push-up. Beginners want to know how to do a
push-up even if they aren't strong enough to do 10. More
advanced exercisers want to know how to do a push-up that fits
their advanced level.
