How To Lose Fat For The
Impatient

I’m not a very patient person. Actually,
I take that back. I’m not a patient person AT ALL.
It’s a big personality flaw of mine that
I’m sure my wife will tell you all about.
Having said that, I understand that some
things in life require patience and perseverance.
How to lose fat
is one of those things.
How to lose fat is, by far, the question
I get most often. And it’s understandable why. Nobody wants to
carry around the wiggle around their middle.
The sad reality is that it takes some
patience to lose fat. No matter what the infomercials say, what
the diet pill salesperson says, or that fancy new diet book. It
takes patience and perseverance to lose fat.
Let’s take my guitar playing as an
example. I know that’s kind of a far cry from how to lose fat, but stick with me here, I
promise it’ll make sense.
I just started playing guitar about a
month ago. I’ve never played a musical instrument in my life. I
was never in band in school and was never really into it
growing up.
That all changed a few months ago. I got
it in my head that I wanted to learn how to play the guitar and
I wanted to be a good guitar player, not just some crappy
player that hacks away at the strings.
The first time I picked up the guitar, I
was horrible. I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t know how
to hold the thing, didn’t’ know where my fingers went,
etc.
Now fast forward a couple months and I’m
still horrible, but I’m getting better. I practice every day
(well, most days) and can see my hard work and patience paying
off.
I know that if I keep up my practice and
keep working hard that I’ll get better and will be a pretty
good player within a few more months.
This is a perfect parallel when it comes
to ‘how to lose fat’.
When you get started with a weight loss
workout, or weight loss diet, you will probably struggle with
some things. You won’t know how to do every exercise perfectly,
you won’t know how to read food labels, etc.
But if you keep it up and persevere, you
will get better.
That is the true key to losing fat. You
need to be consistent and you need to stick with it.
If you find a good fat loss program, and
stick with it, you will succeed and no longer will you have to
worry about how to lose fat.
