Push Up Workout
Variations
It's no secret that I love
push-ups. I include them in most of the workouts I
design for my clients, as well as my own fat loss
workouts.
They can be done anywhere, anytime and
you've got an endless amount of variations to the king of
all weight loss and strengthening exercises.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or
a more advanced exerciser - there are more than enough types of
push-ups to fit your skill level.
For the beginner there are the kneeling
and incline push-ups, to the more advanced variations of the
Hindu and Spider-Man push-ups.
Here's a video with just a few of the
push-up variations I routinely do and include in the fat
loss workout programs I design.
