The workouts I had to come up with couldn't revolve around long, boring bouts of cardio because I knew that as a busy mom she wouldn't have the time, nor the energy for that.

 

Plus I had to come up with a program that didn't involve heading to the gym.  Most gyms waste time. 

 

They waste time by driving to and from your home, they waste time because you have to wait for equipment, they waste time because you have to actually "get ready" to go to the gym.  You can't just roll out of bed and head to the gym like you can if you were to work out at home.

 

Plus most gyms are noisy and stinky and have creepy guys wandering around.

 

The program I came up with, that helped my wife get her pre-pregnancy body back, helped her lose over 5 inches off her waist!  Not only that, but she was able to lose 13 pounds all while toning her legs and butt and getting her sexy, toned arms back.

 

I know what you may be thinking.  "That's not that much weight, Ed!  I need to lose 20, 30, or more pounds and you're bragging about your wife losing 13!"  I understand that.  I understand that you might think that my wife's results aren't that great, and I'm going to be totally honest, comparativey speaking, my wife didn't have all that much weight to lose once she got the green light from the doctor to start exercising again.  However, those last 10-15 pounds are always the toughest, as I'm sure you have found, and she was able to lose the most stubborn fat known to man in very short period of time!

And to be totally honest, I could've lied to you.  I could've taken Andrea's picture in a tiny bikini right after Maren was born and used that as her "before" picture.  That is what many women do for their before pictures.  But that's a flat out lie!  I couldn't sleep at night knowing that I lied to you that way...and my wife would've killed me if I asked her to take that picture.

 

My wife's results are nothing short of extraordinary!  And she did it all without buying lots of equipment, without dieting, without spending hours doing mind-numbingly boring cardio all while taking care of a newborn.

So what exactly is Fat Loss To Go?

Before I tell you everything you'll learn in Fat Loss To Go is, let me tell you what it's NOT.

1.  Fat Loss To Go is NOT based on spending hours upon hours every week working out and doing endless amounts of cardio hoping and praying that it will burn fat and give you a lean, toned, sexy body.

I don't know about you, but I hate cardio.  The thought of running on a treadmill for an hour makes me want to run away screaming. 

My wife feels the same way because there was no way she was going to be able to take care of a baby and still fit in 60-90 minutes of cardio on a daily basis as a means to get rid of fat.  It just wasn't going to happen.

That seems counterintuitive to what every woman I have ever spoken to about fat loss has learned.  They seem hell bent on the idea that in order to lose fat, they must slave away and "pray to the treadmill gods".

That's an outdated and backwards way of looking at fat loss and science is finally catching up to what some of the best "in the know" fitness professionals have been teaching for years.

The way I taught my wife and all my other female clients to do cardio was through interval training.  Some were very receptive to this new idea, while some were very skeptical.

They were very hesitant to give up their normal way of doing cardio.  They thought that doing long bouts of boring cardio was the only way to lose fat because that's what they've always been told.

That's what they read in all the magazines.

That's what all their friends told them.

That's what personal trainers have been telling them for years.

I asked all those skeptical ladies the same question and I'll ask it to you right now and I want you to answer it honestly.

"If what you've been doing, or been told by 'experts' for years hasn't been working, why do you keep doing it?"

If you've been doing hours upon hours of cardio in hopes that one day you'll lose all that stomach fat, yet it never seems to come off, shouldn't you give something else a try?

Maybe something that takes less time, but yields far better results?

Something that will have you in and out of the gym (home or commercial) in as little as 15 minutes?

Something that will have you feeling AWESOME and with more energy than ever?

More energy to devote to your kids, family, hobbies or whatever you want to spend time doing?

Let me go back to the story of my wife, Andrea.  A couple years ago my wife and some friends decided they were going to start running.  They wanted to train for some races.

They got up at 5am a few days per week and ran for anywhere from 45-60 minutes.

Did Andrea get in better shape?  Sure.

But it sucked!  She hated having to get up that early.  She hated that it took that long and her knees started to hurt.

But that was the last time she ever did any sort of cardio longer than 15 or 20 minutes and she's in better shape now than she was then.

Her legs are firmer and more toned.  She looks fantastic in shorts and a tank top and she NEVER does long, boring cardio.

2.  Fat Loss To Go does NOT tell you that in order to get the body of your dreams and lose fat quickly, you have to take some miracle fat loss pill.

There's no such thing as a miracle fat loss pill.  There's no secret herb that's grown in some far off jungle that's been kept a secret by some never heard of tribe that will magically burn fat.

Most fat loss pills are just herbal stimulants that make you pee a lot and mess with your nervous system in an attempt to raise your metabolism...slightly.

Let me ask you one quick question.

If pharmaceutical companies have advertising and research and development budgets in the billions, then why haven't they come up with a worthwhile weight loss pill?  Sure they've come up with a couple, but those have all been pulled from the shelves because of their nasty little side effects.

You know those mild side effects like death, heart attack, stroke, etc.  Or my favorite was the one that was pulled from the shelves because people didn't want to take a pill that made them soil their pants.  They didn't call this a side effect, however, they called it a "treatment effect".

What a crock!

But you know what?  That pill was "dumbed down" and made available over the counter and is advertised as the only "FDA approved weight loss pill".  It still makes you soil your pants!

Not only that, but these companies outright lie when it comes to their supposed "success stories".  These are people that have been paid, and paid well, to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen...while taking their pills and then claim it was all about the supplement!

Well, what would happen if those people would have just followed the diet and exercised?  They would have achieved the same exact results.

3.  Fat Loss To Go is NOT about buying some silly abs gizmo on an infomercial or doing 1000's of crunches per day in order to get that flat, sexy stomach you've always wanted.

Do you really think that the sexy fitness models used in those commercials used those contraptions to get those sexy bodies?

Do you think the bikini model without an ounce of fat on her stomach, the sexy legs and firm butt actually used some cheap piece of plastic to burn her fat?

No!

And if you were suckered into buying one of those, I'm sorry to break it to you but you were ripped off with each easy installment of 30 bucks.

Sure some of them may be alright when it comes to strengthening the abdominal muscles, but they do absolutely nothing when it comes to burning stomach fat.

Abdominal exercises and ab working gadgets do not burn fat off your stomach.  The only way you can burn stomach fat is through short, but intense full body workouts and short, but intense bouts of smart cardio.

Doing endless amounts of crunches, sit-ups, torso twists, leg lifts, etc. will not give you a flat, sexy stomach.  It simply won't.

You cannot spot reduce.

And again, I'll go back to the question I asked in the cardio lie.  If you've been doing thousands of crunches in an effort to get a flat, sexy tummy, and you haven't seen the results you're after, shouldn't you try something new?

Fad diets will come and go, but the truth always remains the same.

Just because some Hollywood starlet lost tons of weight with some crazy fad diet, doesn't mean it'll stay off, nor does it mean it's true.  She could've been paid by the company and just stopped eating.  It is Hollywood after all.

And just because your best friend, sister, or mother has lost 10 pounds on this new diet doesn't mean it's going to stay off once she quits the diet.

And she will quit the diet, just like she's done countless times before.

Whenever you hear about some new diet, I want you to ask yourself a question.  How're you supposed to eat when the diet ends?

Most fad diets are supposed to come to an end, right?  I mean you can't actually be expected to stick to that super restricted diet for the rest of your life, are you?

So how are you supposed to eat when you go off the diet?  Does the author tell you that you can go back to your regular eating habits?  You know the ones that made you gain all that lovely fat around your belly, butt, thighs and chest.

Or are you actually supposed to stick to that stupid diet for the rest of your life? 

Are you supposed to feel irritable and cranky forever?

There's got to be a better way, right?
