One of the most effective way to work
your abs is by doing short, but intense abs workouts. Here's an example of a quick abs workout that only takes
7-minutes, that's part of an overall fat loss workout program.

Sometimes I'm a bit of a mad-scientist when it comes to workout program design.
I relish the opportunity to take someone's goals, combine it with what they need, and use only the equipment
they currently have (usually dumbbells, tubing and their own bodyweight) and combine a killer workout
program.
Of course given that most moms and dads want an abs workout program because they tend to have too
much blubbery goo sitting above their belt-line. That's fine and dandy, and makes for fun-times as a trainer dude
and I want to share a recent example of an abs workout program I created for a super-busy mom and dad.
Their life may sound a lot like yours. He's a busy business owner, while she works part-time and spends the rest
of her days in the REAL full-time job of taking care of house and kids.
They have 3 kids - 2 older and one "whoops" kid that are involved in a lot of activities (too much if you ask
this nosy-nelly).
They have a gym membership, but neve use it unless you count dropping the kids off to play basketball or
volleyball.
They have a bunch of home exercise equipment in the basement that never get used - some useful equipment, some
spur-of-the-moment purchases that are trash.
They wanted to make a change because life has slowly caught up to them and their clothes aren't fitting
the way they want them to. Oh and did I mention they were going on a vacation in a couple months
after meeting with me? Yep...nothing like a little added pressure!
It was all good because after our consultation I was able to see that they really and truly wanted to make a change and would do
whatever I told them.
I came up with a program they could do from home and would adapt to their busy schedules. By that I
mean, some days they could comit to 25 minutes, others 40 (very, very, very rarely) and still others they could
only commit to 15 minutes.
The program I created was called "The Puzzle" and this is an example of one of the abs
workouts from that program.
Quick Abs Workout In 7-Minutes
In case you didn't write everything down, here's what that workout entailed.
Home Abs Workout:
1A) DB or KB Swing - 20 reps
1B) Burpee - 8 reps
1C) Reverse Crunch - 15 reps
1D) Butt Raise - 10 reps
You should do that workout as many times possible in 7-minutes and try not to rest at all in that 7-minutes.
The name of the game is intensity and keeping a fast-paced tempo. We want to create as much of a metabolic
disturbance possible and do it in as little time allowed.
Then, if you have time, you should grab another quick workout or 2 to form a full program. Do that 3-4 days per
week and you're golden.
Did they achieve any results with this style of abs workout program?
You could say that. While still maintaining a crazy-busy lifestyle, they were able to lose a total of 8 inches
off their waist (between the 2 of them) and looked damn good in their swimsuits for that vacation.
Did they look like super-models? No, but they didn't care. All they cared about was that they saw results, saw
results quickly and they felt great.
They weren't ashamed to be seen in a bathing suit.
All it took was some creative workout design, coming up with quick abs workouts that fit their lifestyle and
schedule and then a little consistent effort and elbow grease and they saw their results.
I now present you with the same challenge.
Will you take this abs workout program, along with a few others (or maybe the whole Fat Loss To Go program),
commit a few short months to bettering your body and mind and see what happens?
I believe you can do it. All you have to do is take the first step. Get up, do the workout and tell me you
don't feel awesome!
That's how you lose stubborn stomach fat and that's how you see results. Sure,
doing this quick abs workout will help you see results, but combining it with other awesome full-body workouts
will give you tremendous results in a very short period of time.
