It's time you discovered the truth about losing weight and getting your 'Superhero Body' in as little as 10 minutes a day!

Fat Loss Lie #1 - 10-minute workouts aren't long enough. Why? "10 minutes just isn't 10 minute home weight loss workouts for moms and dadslong enough to burn calories" the experts say. That's just flat-out wrong. You're paying attention to the wrong numbers

For 10 minute workouts to be effective, you have to have the right selection of exercises, using dumbbells and your own bodyweight, in the right order, to maximize their effectiveness.

Fat Loss Lie #2 - You have to do cardio to lose stomach fat.  Give me one good reason you HAVE to do cardio to lose weight? I'm not anti-cardio, but cardio for fat loss is very overrated so you're really going to have to give me a good reason to do it.

It burns calories is a good one. OK I'll buy that, but so does sweeping the floor and you don't see "experts" telling you to sweep for 60 minutes a day. "The Fat Burning Zone", "Do it in the morning on an empty stomach", blah, blah, blah. The truth is, you don't have to do cardio to lose stomach fat - BUT your workout must be set-up correctly.

Fat Loss Lie #3 - The only way you can get a good workout in is by belonging to a gym.  This is the biggest lie in the history of weight loss. Gym memberships are a waste of money, time and resources for busy moms and dads.

The truth is you can get better results using home workouts with dumbbells and your own bodyweight. You don't have to spend thousands of dollars on equipment.

Fat Loss Lie #4 - The newest, best-selling diet book is going to work. Diet books aren't worth the paper they're printed on. They're ALL a form of a restricted calorie diet with a different marketing spin, but they restrict the wrong things. They try to control your behavior and change the very essence of YOU without teaching you how to enjoy your favorite foods and the things you won't live without.

Plus just because a celebrity says they lost weight with the silly diet doesn't make it true - unless you count vodka, Red Bull and starvation as a diet.

Fat Loss Lie #5 - Crunches help you lose stomach fat.   Crunches will NOT  make you lose stomach fat.

It's impossible. Yes, they strengthen the abs, but they won't burn fat. You have to use full-body fat loss exercises and full-body abs exercises using dumbbells and your own bodyweight to lose stomach fat and keep it off. As a parent you just have too much going on in your life to spend on exercises that won't work - and crunches don't work. You have to spend what little time you have to devote to exercise on only the most effective and worthwhile exercises.
